Duchess Kate may very well have a royal glam squad taming her glossy strands, but not even the most seasoned beauty veterans can tame the weather. That's why we were so impressed when we saw Kate's blowout this weekend out at a refinery in Wales. The wind was definitely whipping Kate's hair back and forth, but whenever breezes died down, her locks landed perfectly in place (albeit with a little added texture).
